The ability to buy more storage...
I know it has been discussed before... But I think that the matter needs A.Net's attention...
There are only two ways to store extra items then getting bags and holding runes:
A) Storage - it is a poor way of storing your items... there are only 20 slots... This is my main arguement point
B) Pay a friend/Guildmember/trusted person to "rent" storage space for you
Now, both of these ideas always end up in tears when you don't have enough room in your storage or when someone decides to steal from you...
The solution: At the Agents, you should be able to buy 5 more slots for 100 gold, the price would rise in increments of 50 when you want to buy more.
The max storage would be 75.
I would appreciate feedback or more input into the suggestion =D

I'd buy, no doubt about that. Kinda like those runes of holding for 500g that make a bag hold 10 items instead of 5.

In my opinion, it makes the game better. It makes it tougher for the player, forcing them to decide which goes and which stays. If you look at it this way, you have enough storage space to keep every colour of dye and stacks of common materials (Wood, Iron, Tanned Hide Squares, Bolts of Cloth, etc.). This works for me. The whole idea behind an RPG is to sell what you don't need and keep the essentials.

Major rune of holding, superior rune of holding, buying more spaces, guild hall storage, more character slots, holding stuff on friends accounts...
So many possibilities.
Storage limitations is a subject that has been thrown up on the forums countless times and ArenaNet know we want more space.
Maybe they plan on it for the summer update or expansion next year? I don't know.
Let's just hope..that's all we can do.

I also belive that the limit in storage adds a certain aspect to the game. Now we cant stash everything and we have got to get rid of stuff over time. So I actualy think this would not be a verry good idea. Maybe change it to renting storage, that would add more of a 'how badly do I need it' feel to it .

I tend to support the "no need for extra storage" side. However I have often though that I could use some extra slots, I also noticed that I was keeping several crappy items. For a couple of weeks I only keep what I think is really extremely good, but I salvage or give away the "nice to have" stuff.
But if there were a possibility to buy extra slots, I would probably buy some ...

Thanks all for the feedback!
Tippy, the max amount of slots that you could perchase would be 75. I stated that in the opening post.

I would be on the vault ladies faster than a bitch in heat the moment this came out.
I put my rare and common materials into storage, and then jam whatever drops I save for a guild member in there too. I always try to keep alot of free inventory, and as the game goes on you need many more common materials, so you make two piles of whatever is needed and use it up as you go along.
The 20 slot maximum we have right now is far too tight.

i agree. otherwise, it encourages the average person to become a grinder and people will start to horde items like in diablo 2.
